ADVSD THAT THIS IS A RENTAL UNIT & TRASH IS SITTING OUT FRONT WITHOUT TRASH STICKERS. ALSO THERE IS A CAR THAT HAS BEEN SITTING ON THE STREET FOR A FEW DAYS WITH A FLAT TIRE.
