New home at Sare and Southern Oaks has trash and construction debris all over the place. The wind is blowing it everywhere. Builder should have a dumpster like all of the other new homes being built.
THERE IS TRASH ALL OVER THIS BACKYARD LEADING TO PARKING LOT ACROSS THE WAY. TRASH IS IN BAGS BUT RIPPED OPEN BECAUSE THEY DO NOT GET RID OF THE TRASH. JUST RE-BAG.

these people leave their cans out on a regular basis for days at a time. they roll into the road etc.
Carpet was removed in August and there is still padding in the driveway. This padding was never cleaned up, even after a previous complaint.
There has been trash piled for the last 3 weeks.
