Caller to HAND wants to report that large furniture items and trash are in the dumpster area but not in the dumpster. She says that this happens on a steady basis throughout the property. She said she has not notified management because in the past they have not responded. She would like a compliance officer to look at all the dumpsters, especially near garage 1. Trash around the dumpster is a continuous problem. Two apartment buildings share one dumpster and it's continuously full and overflowing.
