Someone has moved a sofa into the landscaped area at the corner of Madison and Patterson. Unfortunately I wonder if someone is sleeping on it. Regardless inappropriate to have this dumped on city property.

EMPTY LOT FULL OF TRASH AND WEEDS. ALSO A WHITE PICKUP IS PARKED THERE THAT HASN'T BEEN MOVED FOR 2 MONTHS AND MAY BE INOPERABLE. PLEASE CALL HER AFTER INSPECTION AND ADVISE HER WHAT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.
