Tenants keep pile of trash by the house. You have to drive up the alley to see it.

A citizen called in to complain about there being trash cans that have been setting out on the sidewalk in the 900 block of East Side Drive. She walks this route and the smell coming from the cans is pretty strong. She did not know the exact address but that it was in the 900 block. For the purpose of GIS I used #905.
