Resident called in and the residents at the above address (new residents) have had a refrigerator at the curb for over 4 weeks but have not scheduled it to be picked up through Sanitation.

Trash bags piled up and old furniture. Animals keep getting into the bags. Several unrelated people living in the home. Drug using and selling. Excessive amount of animals living in the home. Broken boarded up window. Total slum.

There is a sofa beside the road on Ison, near the top of the big hill on east side of road. It appears that perhaps it fell off a vehicle - although it's possible it was intentionally dumped there. Not sure if this is an issue you can address but perhaps you can bring it to the attention of the appropriate party. Thanks.

Is it possible to empty the trash can at the bus stop at the Smoke Time store more often? Trash is often overflowing which gives vermin a chance to dig in it.
