The same trash is has been in front of the shack at 927 for at least 6 weeks. I spoke with Mr. Arnold about this and he couldn’t find it. It is obvious when you look at the shack. It is in overfilled city trash receptacles.

Hello, I’m outside of the country until the end of the month of June. My postal Mail has been stopped. Please respond via email so that i may ask someone local to support me adress whatever issue is occurring that is preventing my trash bin to be picked up two weeks in a row now. Trash cans next to front doors of 518 and 520 N Lincoln are overfilled, lids have been hinged open and there is now trash/debris that has fallen onto the sidewalks. Concern for pest animals, raccoons, mice/rats, etc.
