Made complaint about 2501s. Bryan Street, when the address is 2501/2503 s. Camden, owned by Gary Wampler. Excessive trash. Arguments/ screaming on daily basis. Believe Mr Wampler is renting out rooms again, numerous people in and out. Drugs being sold out of there. People living in blue/white mobile trailer by detached garage.
Caller to HAND wants to report that large furniture items and trash are in the dumpster area but not in the dumpster. She says that this happens on a steady basis throughout the property. She said she has not notified management because in the past they have not responded. She would like a compliance officer to look at all the dumpsters, especially near garage 1. There was a trash bag left outside in front of the corner apartment at Summit Pointe, facing E Azalea Lane. It apparently became open and now there is trash strewn about the grassy area. There are plastic bottles, food containers, and a weird small glass vial with blue liquid and a plug. It is unacceptable for the apartment manager to not have this cleaned up asap.
We have an issue where either our trash cans have been stolen or misplaced both the regular trash can and the recycling are missing from our property.
