Early this morning (December 6), while cleaning up trash that had blown into my yard, I noticed excessive garbage left in their backyard. The bags are torn open, and the mess has begun attracting animals; just last week, while I was traveling, several neighbors reported seeing a coyote in the area. This property, which I believe is a rental, has been a recurring source of disruption in our neighborhood. In addition to improper waste disposal, previous incidents have included: • Smoking cannabis openly in the backyard. • Loud parties continuing until 4:00 a.m. • Unauthorized backyard fires without proper safety measures like a firepit. • Failure to maintain the property, such as leaving fallen leaves uncollected. I kindly request the town to investigate these concerns and take appropriate action to address the situation, ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. It has been almost two months since my bins where actually emptied I have tried talking to the guys on my route my cans are always where they are supposed to be and they never empty them completely and they always spill the recycling in my yard.
