I rang doorbell then knocked asking to remove opened spilled trash bag. No answer. My dog tried to get into it. Been there for hours. I don’t have money for extra Veterinarian care and my dog is already a patient at Medicaid Vet. I want the neighborhood to look nice for my Son and him to not think that is normal behavior in life. This was cleaned up this morning after I called Orion Property and told them my neighbor thinks it’s their renter who sends their Child to dumpster. I was told “ we can’t accuse anyone”. I said “ I didn’t say to, but maybe they don’t know it’s illegal in Bloomington”. It was cleaned up within the hour. Tempo is aware of the situation and is passing my recommendation for camera surveillance at dumpsters. This has been ongoing for YEARS and dumpster is not even half full!!!

I live at 900 E 1st St. On Mondays, there is a single trash pickup nearby that occurs shortly before 5 a.m. Trucks then return later. Is this early truck from the City, and if so why does it come so early to just one home?
There is a lot of trash, some of it potentially hazardous (motor oil, parts of appliances) between the Rail Trail and the fence, starting at the marker .5 miles South of Country Club Road. Some of it has clearly been there for years and is partially buried. We were removing garlic mustard and took some of the smaller trash but a truck and a crew of people will be needed to haul it away.
I want to report unprofessional service from sanitation. I put my trash out late today (as in between 5:00 am and whatever time the time truck came down my street, which was sometime after 7:45). I come home to my bin emptied and thrown into the middle of the road. When I go to get it there's a sticker attached to top saying someone looked at 5:00 am and it wasn't out at that time so they weren't going to pick it up. This is unprofessional and uncalled for. If you don't want to pick up my trash, just don't do it. I put it out late, I can handle that. I think it's a silly policy, but it's the policy, I can live with it. Don't try to make a point or 'teach me a lesson' by leaving a nasty-gram and chucking my bin into the road. This feels like threatening behavior and has really bothered me.
