Courtesy pickup per Shelby. Resident, Sarah Thorpe, claimed that trash was out by 5 am and not picked up. Crew 956 stated that trash had not been placed out at curb as they pay special attention to this location due to several write ups in the past.

Old junk car in driveway. The residents pile their trash bags on the car all of the time. They do not use City trash pick-up.
