Unit 3351 another trash bag. I have reported this multiple times to property management company and / or City. I demand to see either a written warning or ticket. Garbage piling up and strewn around deck in backyard - visible from alley. Recurring problem at this address.

The garbage truck comes at 5 AM and wakes everyone up. Isn’t this a direct violation of Bloomington municipal code chapter 14.09? The truck also stays for so long because it gets garbage from an ally. One time it came at 5 am and stayed till 6. There are many people living in apartments nearby and the noise is unbearable.
