This morning when I went out to gather up my carts I noticed that the bar that goes across the middle of the front of my small trash cart was only in one hole. The bar fell completely off completely as I pulled the cart up the driveway. I assume that bar is essential for emptying the cart. Do you have any advice about how I can get the bar to fit back in both holes? At the moment it’s in one hole and angled up at about a 30 degree angle, which doesn’t seem very useful. Just out of curiosity, what is the expected life-span of the carts? They are already starting to look beat up. My recycling cart has a piece missing on the corner of the lid. There has been garbage out in front of this house visible from the street for about a month. A neighbor has already picked up garbage that was strewn by a raccoon.

We have the former resident's waste receptacles on our property that we'd like to have picked up. We ordered the larger ones when we moved in. the former resident had two of the smaller ones, and they are stored outside the garage. Would you kindly schedule a pick-up for the unneeded containers?

It seems like people are dumping trash along the B-Line Trail. I feel that a lack of trash cans may be to blame. Could more trash cans be added along the trail to help prevent this problem?

Recycle Bin full of regular trash, and they are adding to it. Sanitation cannot pick this up.

trash continually an issue, blows into neighbors yards. Despite efforts to keep clean, this property continues with putting trash outside.

It has been like this for two months since moving in and nothing has been done.

Residents at 1000 W 11th St (house on the corner of 11th and Orris) frequently leave their garbage and recycling cans out with the lids open (because they’re too full to close), and windy days pull the trash out and it gets strewn around the street. This week, the crows have been picking through the open garbage can that has been there for nearly a week, and dragging it out.
