Home between S Walnut and E Washington, east of my apartment has rats coming out from the building. Garbage is piled up on the ground and around the building, creating an infestation of rats. I have seen them and heard them now in the walls of my building and have reported this to Brawley Property Management as well.
Exceeds can limit of 35 gallons, unacceptable container, please replace. 956

Trash piled up on the steps of this property for awhile now and the bags have come open
