I’m not sure if this issue involves municipal resources, but I have been hearing what I believe to be trash collection happening around 5:30-6 am right around my apartment and it wakes me up in the early morning. Is there any work around for the trash pickup schedule so it does not disturb residents’ sleep at reasonable hours?

This property neglects to take their trash to the street. It is next door to a restaurant. Their overflow trash ends up in our parking lot and on our property. We are having complaints from our customers, not to mention how embarrassing and gross all the trash looks. Something has got to give with these young ‘men’ and this issue.

This sign from Wright Traffic & Construction has been sitting on the sidewalk and yard for about 4-5 weeks. Somebody was repairing something on East Hillside, and this sign was left behind. It had been in a different yard, and as of this morning, has been moved across the street. Nobody knows who to call to pick this up.
Cushions, chair and other discarded items left near road for over a month.

This individual has left wooden planks and other miscellaneous trash sitting outside for several months at a time instead of disposing of it properly. At times, the wind has blown trash into my yard. There is clearly some interior renovation happening inside, but the actual work is far and few between. In the weeks/months nothing is happening, this is what it looks like. During the summer months, weeks would pass before the grass was mowed. All in all, the property is not being maintained properly.
