Observed city sanitation personnel leaving trash in their wake as they did the weekly collection. I had guessed this was happening, but finally saw with my own eyes. Often they leave the emptied bins in lanes of travel as well, when the bins were not set in the road. FYI - just hoping this can be improved so our neighborhood is free of litter.

Unacceptable container/PlEASE replace. 950 was out on route today and called in stating that residents at address one had put out household trash in Blue Adopt a Highway bags which have free pickup. 950 picked up the items today but stated that if the residents were to use the same bags next week that they would be written up. rlp
The crews took the sticker off of her lid, took the lid off the can but did not take her trash. No notice left per resident.

Kristi Mcartor - (812) 334-7764 filed a complaint about their neighbors trash. Residents of 108 E. Southern Drive's trash is blowing onto Kristi's property.
