Officer Jeff Alwine left a msg on my phone about trash behind Qiasar Rugs. Tenants have moved out and did not have enough containers for the trash so it is piled up in the alley. Sears and Son will not pick up trash outside the containers.

Homeless people sleeping in the woods across from the residence townhomes. They're making residents feel unsafe and unable to sit on their porches. They're leaving tremendous amounts of trash and human waste in the entire area. Have contacted police multiple times to report the trespassing.

Trash: "We are located at the corner of Washington and Kirkwood. We have complained over and over about the trash from the Chinese restaurant behind us. It is an eyesore to our community.
