Accumulation of trash bags near front door at 1709 Circle Drive

On walnut street pike just north of peppergrass entrance there is the back side of apartment complex. The dumpster is broken in sections and there are hundreds of bags of trash. Can see from street - ugly disgusting sight and health hazard. Please send someone to check it out. Just across street from a church Apostolic Bible Church located at 3291 S. WALNUT STREET PIKE.. Please clean this up. Owners should be fined. Getting worse and been there for month. Thanks

There are 4 to 5 bags of trash on the north side of Allen st just east of Adams st. They have been there for over a week

I received a call from someone who didn't want to give me their name, but said this address leaves their cans at the curb and there is trash blowing everywhere making a mess.
