Excessive trash on the south side of the house and trash in the yard

This place is filthy! There is shit everywhere and they even have little kids playing around in trash. There car plates expired in May. WTF Bloomington? Why aren't they being forced to clean up their shithole? Why isn't someone checking on the wellbeing of their children? Why are they still driving with long expired temp tags? FFS do something

The kids at 1005 W 6th have not taken their garbage to be emptied since they moved in (September). The past week, the full garbage can fell over in their front yard. Now animals are going through their garbage. It is slowly spreading in their yard.

Trash issues called in for 3253 (S.?) Walnut Springs. Please go take a look or if you have already contact the caller to indicate status. Said trash was overflowing in the parking lot. And the complex was called "The Crossing." But isn't "The Crossing at Pete Ellis."
