96 gal toters; spoke with resident @ program. is breaking down and I am sending a crew member back out to do courtesy pick up. did break down one toter; took what was broken down. did not empty toters.

Two trash bins and a recycle were in front of my house blocking the sidewalk this morning (Wednesday). The bins are not mine. I moved them in front of 717 S. Park because I'm guessing that they belong there, but I'm not sure. The residents left town Sunday, our pickup day was Monday.

Not the best trash service this morning. I put nothing at the curb last night and this morning the alley is blocked by uncollected trash. The garbage container at far right belongs at 717 S Park and has been at the curb for more than a week now. The others belong across the street at 716 and are regularly retrieved.
