Trash has been accumulating for weeks at 212 S. Grant. Mr. Willsey would like for us to call him and let him know what we do with this. He also feels we should step up garbage patrol in the Elm heights area.

The house across the street from 318 E. Smith Avenue has problems with trash piling up in the yard. The citizen has talked to the landlord but the problem is still happening. Citizen stated that the residence was on the corner of Grant & Smith and that the house faced Grant Street.
