Neighbor is complaining about the rumpke dumpster that has been out in the front of this house for weeks now. They have also put the hot water heater out on the sidewalk and it has been there for 2 weeks.
Resident called in stating that her trash has not been picked up for the past two weeks because someone stole her stickers and now HAND has issued her a warning ticket.
There is trash on the back porch that has been sitting there for awhile now and has caused a smell and flys all over.
Tenants are leaving trash cans at the curb.
