A couch has been sitting by the dumpster for over a month now, and has been rained on. The person who called this in thought it was a health hazard. They also stated that the couch was seen across the road at another apt. complex before it showed up at 520 N. Grant.

This bag has been at this campus walk building for over 2 months. This morning while walking my dog around 6:45 I saw 2 large rats exit the bag and my dog tried going after one. The smell is horrible and this is right by the sidewalk. Attached is an image of the bag and the property it’s at.

Large pile of trash heaped up against the NW corner of this building. It has been there awhile, and there is a faded HAND notice on the front door that appears to be for the trash but it has been ignored. This property also has bush honeysuckle growing out onto the sidewalk, halfway covering it now.
Trash cans next to front doors of 518 and 520 N Lincoln are overfilled, lids have been hinged open and there is now trash/debris that has fallen onto the sidewalks. Concern for pest animals, raccoons, mice/rats, etc.
There is trash everywhere in the alley between 520 N. Walnut and Washington. There is a dumpster that is always over-flowing.
Bags must have sticker attached.
