Trash container tipped over, trash strewn about yard and neighbors' properties (600 & 608), has been this way for over a week, trash pick up day has passed.

For the second week in a row the house on the corner of allendale and browning has had trash at the curb since Sunday and other trash/recycling piled in front of garage. Not all trash/recycle is in bins. She's still putting out loose bags of trash too. This house is consistently not kept up with various codes. Lately trash violations top the list!!

Neighbor complaint of property putting out trash too early. Trash pick-up is Thursday. Property putting trash out on Monday/Tuesday causing animals to open bags/scatter trash.
