On behalf of Eastside Neighborhood Assn: This is our third report of trash/recycling cans left out on Eastside between 3rd and 2nd Sts. Needs follow-up. Also, is the ureport app working? It seemed the response was more immediate with the app than with reports submitted here.

late set out, per Larry Barker. Second time in two weeks this has happened, resident said she may be setting too close to the driveway where she lives and the guys will not get trash from private property. She has been made aware.
