Mrs. Taylor keeps complaining that her neighbor has a bunch of trash and dirt on a bank. Also her mailbox is broken and needs painting.

property owner called in to inform us that tenants moved out without tagging trash and also is left in the alley way - owner has previously called in regarding missed pick ups and non-tagged trash. Last time sanitation will pick this up without tags per Chris.

The man who called said its either 429 or 431 S. Henderson. They have bags of trash in the front yard which have been there at least two weeks.
