Recyling was not picked up. Sanitation was notified on Wednesday, complainant believes, was told it would be picked up but it never was. Still is sitting there. routes have been changed and due to this change crews were confused on which truck was to pick up so this was missed. shelby was made aware of this on friday and got a hold of roy via fax and cell call with infomration. leigh
