On going problem at 1000 and 1002 East Atwater. Yard, front walkway, side yard and parking lot in back has beer cans, cups, trash and debris that neither the tenants nor the property owner clean up. The neighbors are tired of picking up trash from these properties.

On south walnut street pike. Walnut Springs Apartments excessive trash on ground not in dumpster. Probably close to 49 bags of trash. Eyesore and health concern. Can be seen from the road as you drive past on walnut street pike. Their phone is 822-1231.

There has been a shopping cart on my property for over a week now. I was told by a police officer to put a note on it with my trash and the City would take care of it. I did that on Sunday evening, but the cart is still on the sidewalk.
