Citizen called and stated that her trash was not picked up. Larry went out and checked it. The can was overweight and oversized. Larry left citizen a notice. FINAL NOTICE! CREWS WILL NOT PICK UP AGAIN UNLESS TRASH IS IN COMPLIANCE.
