The citizen stated that the property to the left of 411 E. Southern Drive had a house that was torn down approximately 2 months ago. The trash and debris has not been cleaned up.

Tenant says parking lot and grassy areas have trash scattered all over. Large chunks glass from a broken window in front of units 5,6, 13 & 14. Much is now covered by snow, but can see glass if you get out of vehicle (be careful where you park). Tenant reported problem to landlord, but he said it is not his problem.
