The people living in the home have been piling up trash in their back yard for months and the pile is starting to move to the side of the house. The front yard has not been maintained either with trash and uncut grass.

An anonymous complainant alerted the Solid Waste District about "illegal dumping" of ash wood, as well as concrete and trash at this location. We did a quick inspection and found wood and other materials piled on the ground at the property. Additionally there is a trailer that appears to contain household waste, and there is trash around one of the buildings (on Allen Street side). My neighbor refuses to bring up her trash cans every week. They sit out from until Sunday or Monday, almost a week after pickup.
