Large amounts of trash behind 752 S Walnut St. and across the waterway at 735 S College. Not sure why the building hasn't been ordered for demolition. Great harboraqge for rats.

What is the status of trash collection on Windcrest Drive in Fritz Terrace, 3300 and 3400 North block, North of Winding Way? According to the City website, trash was to be collected on July 4. It was not. Given the hot weather, trash now smells throughout the neighbor and flies are collecting around bins. Trash has not been collected as of 9a.m. today, July 5. Please advise. Thank you.
