Wapehani Hills Apts complex on Oakdale Drive Resident of Apts called and said new Mgmt Co. took over in Dec & promised to keep clean, Not so; Huge trash collecting @ dumpsters @ Bldgs "U" & "L"...i.e. trash blowing all over and couch and mattress.
Resident stated she had her recycling out on Allen Street (she is at the corner of Allen & Rogers). The crews did not pick it up and did not leave a notice.
