A tenant at the apartment complex is complaining that the dumpsters have not been emptied in quite some time. There is trash all over the complex. The owners have been working on the restrooms in the complex and there is construction debris and the smell is bad.

Trash left sitting out on curb at all times in the 500 block of S Highland Ave (between Hunter Ave and 2nd St on the east side of the street). Trash becomes scattered on the sidewalk. Attracting unwanted wildlife (raccoons, possums, skunks) in the area and is unpleasant to neighbors.
