Recycling was not properly sorted and an non collection notice was left on 12/16/2005. Larry called into PW(12/19/2005)and stated that the recycling is still setting out at the curb and is now blowing all over the side walk. Turned over to HAND on 12/19/2005. Thanks.

This is the house just East of the corner of Adams and W. Kirkwood. There is a lot of trash out that will soon become a very big mess.
The owner has a refridgerator sitting out front of the house.
