Open trash on back porch and blowing into neighbor's yard. barely can see from the road. Permission from adjacent property owner to come onto property to see trash.

There is a brushpile in front of 1605 that was put there by the guy in 1601 (according to the caller). Caller is frightened of the guy in 1601 and wishes to remain anonymous. I checked GIS and there is no 1601, but the caller mentioned that there is a dumpster there.
