There is a hudge pile of trash in the yard. The tenants have put up a little fence up and put the trash behind it. However, the residents behind the property can still see it. Ms. Booe has also noticed 2 large rats around the trash, some of the bags have been torn open. The property is located beside the "cash on time" store on south walnut street.

There is 40 - 50 bags of trash in the alley beside 1314 S. Washington. The bags are now shoulder high and will attract rats soon. I believe the address may not be exact.
