Mr. Chandler reported to the Mayor's Office that the Bloomington Housing Authority has two dumpsters. The residents don't get the trash in the dumpster, and the company who empties the dumpster also leaves a mess of trash, which blows into the neighbors yards. He also said that the containment area for the dumpster only has three sides; nothing in the front. Says that he has notified BHA of the situation many times, but problem still continues.

Apartment building at the corner of 7th and Lincoln has a dumpster in the street (north of the intersection) where cars should be able to park. The port-a-pot is also still there and she is tired of looking at the dumpster and the pot.

FYI: wanted to let us know/ other/yard waste: He had yardwaste out last week - we did not pick up - no notice left wanted to let us know that he would be putting back out this Thurs.

faxed ddh/ Jason/Dirk/ Other/recycling: Very rude, we left notice - he disagrees- stated we don't know what we are doing didn't check recycles - does it this way all the time. explained that we would send someone back but if not right - would leave another notice explaining what problem is. didn't care - just wanted us to pick up.
