The neighbor states that there is a great deal of trash in the backyard. They have tried to talk to the owner of the property but it has not helped. They are concerned about animals getting in to the trash and getting it everywhere.

New tenants moved in about 10 days ago and dumped furniture into the yard and never cleaned it up. No stickers and not out next to curb, in the yard.

FYI Tues A pickup/ faxed ddh/ other/recycling: She will have the college books out in recyclig - just let her know which ones she will need to put in trash.
