Mr. Greenfield called to state that The Blue Bird's trash containers do not have lids and trash is all over the alleyway. He also states that employees sometimes do not put trash in containers they just dump it in the alley way. He would like a call back after an inspection has been completed because this is a ongoing problem.

There is loose trash along the hillside of this rental. It has been there a few weeks.
The house beside 1807 E. Hyde Park Circle has built several large wood pile fences. There are stumps in the yard that need to be moved. The resident at 1807 moved the stumps once however, the neighbor moved them back again.
