Trash cans next to front doors of 518 and 520 N Lincoln are overfilled, lids have been hinged open and there is now trash/debris that has fallen onto the sidewalks. Concern for pest animals, raccoons, mice/rats, etc.

Hello, I’m outside of the country until the end of the month of June. My postal Mail has been stopped. Please respond via email so that i may ask someone local to support me adress whatever issue is occurring that is preventing my trash bin to be picked up two weeks in a row now. This rental house across the street from us has had two mattresses leaned up against the house by the garage for quite a long time being exposed to the elements and likely a habitat for vermin. More recently, someone has dumped a mattress from the Bypass that sits on the steep hill at the end of our Fritz Drive culdesac. Can HAND cite the rental property owner about the mattresses at the residence? And can Sanitation do something to remove the mattress dumped from the Bypass?

Please see case #202797. Note comment :"cannot find vehicle or property, need a actual address" by Ms. Cox. Not clear why she has so much trouble with addresses. See attached screenshot of uReport map, and note obvious yellow car on east side of garage. Maybe send someone who is familiar with the town.
