The people living in the home have been piling up trash in their back yard for months and the pile is starting to move to the side of the house. The front yard has not been maintained either with trash and uncut grass.
An anonymous complainant alerted the Solid Waste District about "illegal dumping" of ash wood, as well as concrete and trash at this location. We did a quick inspection and found wood and other materials piled on the ground at the property. Additionally there is a trailer that appears to contain household waste, and there is trash around one of the buildings (on Allen Street side). Looks like the trash pick-up missed our cul-de-sac in Park Ridge East. Trash still in container and myself and numerous neighbors still have gray trash cans out.

My neighbor refuses to bring up her trash cans every week. They sit out from until Sunday or Monday, almost a week after pickup.
I was just told that our trash was not out last Friday morning at 6:05AM when your crew came by for our extra trash pick we requested. That is not true. It was out Thursday night and I had to haul it back in at the end of the day Friday. Our trash is always picked up by our garage at the curb on Fess which is where it was. We are on the corner of Fess and University. Maybe your crew did not look on the Fess side of our house.
I requested an additional trash pickup for yesterday. You confirmed that it was scheduled. It was not picked up. I want to be sure I was not charged for it and let you know I still need an additional pick up in order to catch up on my trash removal. Thanks
S Mitchell 414 and 415; overflowing trashcans. Pick-up was today. Cans were not put out for pick-up. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now.
