The trail has large patches of ice between 4th and 2nd. The bridge to the trail on 3rd has lots of bad patches. The sidewalk adjacent to the north side of the convention center has not been cleared at all. The sidewalk on 4th adjacent to Centerpoint is an icy mess (but if course their parking lot is cleared, because our community values people who drive more than people who walk). Two homes on the north side of 3rd between Rogers and Jackson haven’t cleared their walks.

The path around winslow sports complex is one that I bike every weekday. This patch of trail is VERY dangerous right now with an edge to it that has gotten even larger over the past month. I bike with my two kids on my bike and it is a section of the trail that I'm afraid will pop my tires or will cause me to derail. I know there are those who use walkers and other such accessibility items and I assume that for them this is also a large issue. Thank you for helping us have awesome parks.

On the berm of the B-line trail, there is a metal strip that keeps the crushed gravel in place. There is a section of the metal strip that has a gash in it. My wife was running on the trail on Tuesday, February 25. Her shoe caught on the metal gash, which caused her to trip and fall. She sustained severe bruises and cuts. A group of people have set up camp within the park. They have tents, sheets hung blocking the view, etc. They have beaten a trail to where they are camping and have removed vegetation to clear the site. I haven't seen it, but my adult son was out there looking for our dog and stumbled onto the campsite. He said if you park in the lot and go southeast, you'll find the camp. They are staying away from the old pond area and where there are workers. We just hate to see destruction in the park! Thanks, Martha
