The multi-use path along Country Club on the north side of the street between Rogers Street and Rockport Road needs some maintenance. There are tree branches and bushes obstructing the path. The surface is also dirty with debris, mud, and gravel.

The B-Line trail section from 1st Street to 4th Street is deteriorating because tree roots are breaking the pavement. It needs to be resurfaced.

There is a large tree down across the Clear Creek trail, just north of the red bridge at the south end.
