Now that students are slowly moving back in they are starting to park on this yellow curb once again at 14th and Woodburn making it difficult to see around for on coming traffic, and today I saw it made it difficult for one of the busses to make the turn on to 14th st from Woodburn. A concerned resident called 3400 to let us know that the release at Binford Elementary is not being enforced properly. There are many parents parking in the grass and in the ROW on the street to run in to get their children. This is causing congestion and potential hazards for the safety of the children.
