A Parking meter appears to be missing at the handicap location on kirkwood by the graduate hotel.

Now that students are slowly moving back in they are starting to park on this yellow curb once again at 14th and Woodburn making it difficult to see around for on coming traffic, and today I saw it made it difficult for one of the busses to make the turn on to 14th st from Woodburn. Please check into this if you can. Thanks!
