124 S Clark - Cant see N/P anytime sign - tree limbs in way
400 N. Roosevelt - Zone # 3 sign faded - can't read
800 E 8TH ST ( Northwest Corner) - Zone 7 sign missing, 6 inches of post remaining, sticking out of ground. Landscaping company almost destroyed lawn mower on remaining post.
100 W 8th street. 2 hour parking sign and post missing...north east corner beside Kilroys.
2 hour sign damaged 11th street next to Upland Brewery
200 N. Lincoln - East side of street. 2hr/Zone 4 signs too faded to read. Hard to enforce when parkers can't read signs.
400 E 4th mid-block North side, 2 hour parking sign spray painted, not readable.
Why has the City issued a neighborhood parking permit to a vehicle that is larger than permitted by 15.32.070? The vehicle is parked in the 600 block of S. Eastside Drive. 15.32.070 - Certain vehicles—Two-hour limit. No person shall allow a truck, trailer, tractor, bus, housetrailer, semi-trailer, or other vehicle having a load capacity in excess of one ton, or a length in excess of nineteen feet, or a height in excess of six feet six inches, or a width in excess of seven feet to be parked upon the streets of the city in excess of two hours. This prohibition shall not apply to pick-up type campers. Any violation of this section is a Class C Violation and subject to the penalty listed in Section 15.64.010(c). (Ord. 82-1 § 1 (part), 1982).
