PUBLIC WORKS RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A CITIZEN WHO HAD FALLEN ON THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF THE IRISH LION. THERE IS A BRICK STEP/WALK UP AT THE ALLEYWAY ONTO THE SIDEWALK. TOM GOLDMAN LOOKED AT THE AREA AND CONFIRMED THIS. THIS WAS NOT PART OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS APPROVAL FOR THE IRISH LION FOR THEIR OUTDOOR DINING (SEE ATTACHED DRAWINGS & APPROVAL). DOES THE OWNER NEED TO BE SENT NOTICE TO MAINTAIN THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF THIS BUSINESS? PLEASE LET US KNOW.

Mr. Grant has called Insight several calls in order to get some information regarding the type of work scheduled and a approximate construction start date. He has been told by Insight that they would check into it and receive a return call with the information. To date, Mr. Grant has not received any information from Insight.
