Diana Igo, 534 S. Hickory Drive, called on 10.3.12 to voice concern about four or five large trucks that are doing sewer work in her neighborhood. She wanted to know why the work was being done and if it had anything to do with the I69 Project.
Barbara Edmonds called on 10.4.12 to complain about the lack of help she had received from the Utilities Dept. She said she was trying to find out how much her current bill was, but was put on hold for 40 minutes and different people she spoke with were rude and/or did not know how to help her.
Cindy Jackson, 1416 E. Clairmont Place, called OOTM several times the week of October 1st to complain about her neighbor, Randall Floyd and his family.
