Hello, I was passing by the Fields Apartment complex, all around Clarizz, Fenbrooke, I need to check the exact streets. All of their trees lining the sidewalk and street are improperly mulched with root suffocating “mulch volcanoes.” I’ll pass by there again today or tomorrow and send exact street names and photos. Kinser Flats 1610 north Kinser Pike residents are trespassing on 441 West Gourley Pike. Leaving trash, needles, excrement' clothes. When asked to leave, they often get combative. It is not even safe to walk outside D/T needles, human waste and belligerent people. They have also done damage to the building. they have attempted to break in, cracking windows and tearing apart air conditioner units.

Unhoused individuals setting up tents and sleeping on this private property. this is an ongoing problem that has been reported to BPD and also Mayor's office.

This curb is heavily deteriorated. The water does not drain properly in this area and algae is growing. Please repair. There are many deteriorated curbs in the Arbor Ridge neighborhood, but this is the worst one.

All the trees in the neighborhood are overgrown. All trees near sidewalks on Lismore and Marquis are overgrown in Crescent Pointe. The city has always trimmed the trees and they haven’t for a couple years. The trees against the road have always been the cities responsibility’s here. Thank you for your time!

We own a business building next to Kinser Flats. During covid, business slowed down and people had to work from home. The people that still went to the office became uncomfortable there due to the fighting next door, gun fire, profanity, vagrant people who would be passed out on the back deck, human waste, needles in the yard and on deck, random junk cars in the parking lot, zombie like people with camp sites set up in the yard and huge amounts of trash. We have had to replace Hvac (5 units) 2 times due to vandalism and had a concrete block thrown through a window, another window cracked, lots of broken outdoor furnishings, torn up masonry and lawn equipment stolen from shed that was also completely torn down. As a result of all of this, the value of the property has gone down significantly. We would like to get back into the building to do business and would like help/cooperation with the city and the people running Kinser Flats to make this possible. This building was a beautiful and safe place to work and do business before Kinser Flats and now it is unsafe and impossible upkeep.

Patterson Point Affordable Housing by Pivotal: Air conditioning in most (or all) apartments has not been working and they say repairs may not happen for up to 2 weeks. This is affecting the residents who are low-income seniors, many of whom are elderly with serious health problems. Management has provided fans and small portable ac units to some residents but this seems to be insufficient for the current weather conditions. This seems to be a dangerous situation for vulnerable citizens.
